What we collect: the contact form collects your name, mobile number, and optionally email, city, organisation, category, subject, message and one optional attachment. The complaint form collects your name, mobile number, optional email, district, tehsil, union council, category and complaint details. Event RSVPs collect your name and contact details. Questions collect your name, optional email and city.

Technical data: we store a one-way hashed form of your IP address and your browser user-agent for submissions, purely to prevent spam and abuse through rate limiting. We do not store raw IP addresses with submissions.

Cookies and tracking: we use only essential cookies needed for sign-in and for remembering your cookie choice. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not share data with advertising networks.

Storage and access: submissions are stored in our secured database. Personal details in complaints are never published; they are visible only to authorised staff handling your case. Uploaded files are stored in private storage and are not publicly accessible.

Retention: submissions and their status history are retained while your case is open and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then reviewed for deletion. Anonymous, aggregated statistics may be kept indefinitely.

Your rights: you may ask to see, correct or delete the information you submitted. Send this request through the contact form on the Contact page, quoting your reference or tracking number. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and will confirm the outcome.
