Complaint Policy

Every complaint submitted through this website is acknowledged with a tracking number (format: MAK-YYYY-000000).

Complaints are reviewed and, where appropriate, forwarded to the relevant department for action. The status is updated and visible via the tracking page.

Complaints that are abusive, defamatory, or outside the office's remit may be rejected with reason.
